目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定金花清感颗粒中新绿原酸、马钱苷酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、獐牙菜苷、连翘酯苷A、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、黄芩苷、连翘苷、牛蒡子苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、白杨素、千层纸素共14种成分的含量,为金花清感颗粒的质量控制提供参考。方法:采用Agilent-Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水(B)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长230 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,进样量10 μL。结果:建立了同时测定金花清感颗粒中14种成分含量的HPLC检测方法,新绿原酸、马钱苷酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、獐牙菜苷、连翘酯苷A、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、黄芩苷、连翘苷、牛蒡子苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、白杨素和千层纸素分别在1.03~20.50,0.72~14.76,1.76~43.93,0.50~10.02,2.50~49.97,2.50~50.02,1.40~27.98,9.66~193.14,1.05~20.90,8.89~177.76,3.39~67.84,0.55~10.92,0.09~10.12,0.20~10.45 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 0),平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为95.85%,97.66%,104.92%,96.40%,96.67%,95.57%,95.61%,99.45%,96.54%,97.38%,96.56%,96.71%,102.42%,97.77%,RSD均小于3.0%。10批金花清感颗粒中上述14种成分的含量范围分别为1.19~1.42,0.20~0.37,6.51~7.72,0.20~0.25,2.12~2.80,1.75~2.46,0.89~1.14,14.41~16.58,0.41~0.64,15.85~20.01,2.80~3.44,0.38~0.53,0.02~0.03,0.07~0.11 mg·g-1。结论:建立的HPLC法稳定可靠,重复性好,简便可行,可用于金花清感颗粒质量控制评价。
