Submission Instruction

 

1  Chinese Journal of Hospital Pharmacy is a national academic journal governed by China Association for Science and Technology and sponsored by Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. The journal is published semi-monthly on the 15th and the 30th of each month, with a postal issuing code of 38-50 and a foreign distribution code of SM 65-38. The journal mainly publishes innovative achievements in hospital pharmacy, advanced pharmaceutical technologies, clinical use of drugs, Chinese and Western medicine preparations, hospital dispensing, management and reform of hospital pharmacy, basic knowledge and theories of pharmacy, etc. Columns include Research Article (formulation research, new drug research, therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetics, drug quality, drug compatibility and interaction, clinical application and re-evaluation of new drugs), Drug and Clinical (clinical efficacy observation, clinical drug analysis, clinical use, adverse drug reaction and prevention and treatment), Review, Pharmaceutical Practice, and Adverse Drug Reaction. Submission and subscription are welcome.

 

2  Please submit your manuscript online (http://www.zgyyyx.com). This journal does not accept posting or E-mail submissions. Please note that the submitter must choose the correct subject and column for the manuscript. Otherwise, manuscripts that do not meet the column scope will be returned, thereby extending the processing time of manuscript. Authors can log into the online system or WeChat to check the processing status at any time. If authors want to re-submit the manuscript to another journal, they need to contact this journal by phone or E-mail in the first place. Multiple submission is prohibited. Authors are responsible for the authenticity and confidentiality of the manuscript and must declare that there is no multiple submission involved. For research papers sponsored by funding projects, please indicate the project information at the end of the first page, and provide a copy of relevant proof when notified by the editorial office for revision.

 

3  The copyright of this journal belongs to the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, and all authors are required to sign their own name on the Recommendation Letter and Copyright Agreement. Please upload a scanned copy stamped by the author’s institute. The editorial office has the right to make text modification to manuscripts. This journal conducts plagiarism checks on all submissions using the CNKI plagiarism check system, with a repetition rate controlled below 20%. A publishing fee of RMB 500 yuan per page will be charged for accepted manuscripts.

 

4  Title should be clear, specific, reflecting the key points and content of the article concisely and accurately, generally without subtitle. Avoid using indefinite words such as "research" or "discussion", and acronyms should be used sparingly. Generally, article title should be within 25 Chinese characters.

 

5  Research articles generally should not exceed 6000 Chinese characters and review articles not exceeding 5000 Chinese characters. All articles must include bilingual abstracts and keywords both in Chinese and English.

 

6  Authors should be those who have made substantial contributions to the manuscript and be responsible for the paper. The signature of authors must be obtained by the first author with the consent of other authors (All authors must sign the authorization letter when receiving the proofreading before publishing). The author names, institute addresses, and postal codes must be clearly written. Author names are arranged in order and separated by commas, with institutes placed beneath, followed by the province, city, and postal code information. Please indicate the numbers in front of institutes that match the numbers before author names.

 

7  Abstracts are generally limited to 200-500 Chinese characters. Articles in columns of Review, Pharmaceutical monitoring and drug vigilance shall adopt descriptive abstracts. Articles of other columns should adopt structural abstracts, listing four elements namely "objective, methods, results, and conclusion". Generally, there are 3-8 keywords, which are terms that best reflect the content of the article. The English abstract should be consistent with the Chinese abstract in content.

 

8  Tables and figures should be used sparingly provided the content is adequately described in the text and the data in tables and figures should not be repeated in text. Original data can be attached for review. Tables and figures should have Chinese and English headings and serial numbers.

 

9  References should be limited to literatures that authors have read in person and officially published. Please try to quote the literatures published within the latest 5 years.
