About Journal

Chinese Journal of Hospital Pharmacy is a national academic journal governed by China Association for Science and Technology and sponsored by Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. It is widely recognized in the field of pharmacy and is the only authoritative pharmaceutical publication in China that focuses on hospital pharmacy. Scope and Columns

The journal mainly publishes innovative achievements in hospital pharmacy, advanced pharmaceutical technologies, clinical use of drugs, Chinese and Western medicine preparations, hospital dispensing, management and reform of hospital pharmacy, basic knowledge and theories of pharmacy, etc. The journal strives to be progressive, scientific, practical and comprehensive, reflecting the new content, new achievements and new trends, with diverse article style, concise writing, and applicational value. It not only reports on the macro-overview of hospital pharmacy, but also specifically reports on new knowledge, technologies, and methods of hospital pharmacy at home and abroad, encouraging comments and debates from the research community.

Columns include Research Article (formulation research, new drug research, therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetics, drug quality, drug compatibility and interaction, clinical application and re-evaluation of new drugs), Drug and Clinical (clinical efficacy observation, clinical drug analysis, clinical use, adverse drug reaction and prevention and treatment), Review, Pharmaceutical Practice, and Adverse Drug Reaction.

Indexing and Awards

This journal has a high impact in China and is included in authoritative domestic and international databases such as the Chinese Core Journals, China Science Citation Database (CSCD), China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD), World Journal Clout Index (WJCI) , Chemical Abstracts (CA, US), and Current Bulletin on Science Technology (CBST, Japan). In 1992, it was awarded the "Second Prize of the Journal Sponsored by Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. In 1997, it was awarded the "Third Prize of Excellent Journals” by China Association for Science and Technology. In 2008 it was awarded the "China Excellent Science and Technology Journal". In 2019 it was awarded the "Hubei Province Xinyuanquan Excellent Science and Technology Journal". In 2020 it was awarded the "Hubei Most Influential Academic Journal". In 2022, it was selected in “Chutian Plan” of Science and Technology Journal in Hubei.
