ZHANG Yu, doctoral degree, party secretary of Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Director of the Department of Pharmacy, Director of Clinical Pharmacy Research Laboratory, Professor, Chief Pharmacist, and doctoral supervisor. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the 10th Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Hospital Pharmacy, Chairman of the Hospital Pharmacy Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, Deputy Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Chairman of the Expert Committee on Hospital Pharmacy Management of the China Modern Hospital Management System Think Tank, Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Hubei Medical Association, and Chairman of the Hospital Pharmacy Professional Committee of the Hubei Pharmaceutical Association. CHEN Xiao, doctoral degree, chief pharmacist, and master's supervisor. He serves as the Director of the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University, Chairman of the Drug Management and Therapeutics Committee of Health Commission of Guangdong Province, Director of the Drug Management and Quality Control Center of Guangdong Province, Deputy Chairman of the Hospital Pharmacy Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, Deputy Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Pharmaceutical Association, and Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association. He is also the Deputy Chief Editor of Adverse Drug Reactions Journal, and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Drug Evaluation and Pharmacy Today. He has obtained one patent for new drug development and one clinical trial approval for new drugs. HAO Haiping, doctoral degree, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He serves as the Vice President of China Pharmaceutical University, Chairman of the Applied Pharmacology Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, Deputy Chairman of the Analytical Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, Deputy Chairman of the Drug Metabolism Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Province Pharmacological Society, and Vice President of the Jiangsu Research Hospital Association. He also serves as the editorial board member of multiple journals. His research projects have been awarded seven national and provincial awards, and he has been honored with titles such as the Jiangsu Youth May Fourth Medal and Jiangsu Top Ten Young Science and Technology Stars. He has received funding from the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars and has been selected as a Distinguished Professor in Chang Jiang Scholars Program, the “Baiqianwan-Talents project”, and the "Ten-Thousand Talents Program". LIU Zhaoqian, doctoral degree, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He serves as the Vice Dean of Xiangya Hospital/Xiangya School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Central South University, Executive Director of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, Deputy Chairman (Chairman designate) of the Clinical Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, Chairman of the Pharmacological Society of Hunan Province, Vice Chairman of the Hunan Pharmaceutical Association, Executive Director of the Hunan Medical Association and the Hunan Medical Doctor Association, and Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Hunan Medical Association. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of Pharmacogenomics Research and Personalized Medicine and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Pharmaceutical Science Advance and Anti-Tumor Pharmacy, as well as a member of the editorial boards of multiple journals. His research achievements have been awarded 21 national and provincial prizes, and he has published 295 SCI papers. LIU Zhongqiu, doctoral degree, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He serves as the Vice President of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, a member of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Traditional Chinese Medicine Programs in Higher Education Institutions under the Ministry of Education, Chairman of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Traditional Chinese Medicine Programs in Undergraduate Colleges in Guangdong Province, and a member of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Pharmacy Programs in Undergraduate Colleges in Guangdong Province. He is also the Vice Chairman of Chinese Medicine Education Research Association of National CM Higher Education Association, the Vice President of the Second Council of Chinese Medicine Immunology Professional Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, the Vice Chairman of the Precision Chinese Medicine Professional Committee of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Executive Committee Member of the Epigenetic Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society. LU Weiyue, doctoral degree, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He serves as a level-2 professor (professors in China fall into 4 levels) at the School of Pharmacy, Fudan University. He is an executive director of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, a member of the Strategic Development Expert Committee and the Academic Work Committee, and the Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Formulation Committee and a member of the Nanomedicine Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. He is also a member of the Nano-tumor Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, a director of the China Pharmaceutical Innovation and Research Development Association (PhIRDA), a member of the Drug Development Professional Committee, and a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the National Drug Registration and Evaluation Expert Consultation Committee. In addition, he is an executive director and honorary chairman of the Pharmaceutical Formulation Committee of the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Society, as well as an editorial board member for several journals. He has received 4 national and provincial-level awards for his research achievements, and he has been honored 5 times at the national, provincial, and municipal levels. MIAO Liyan, doctoral degree, doctoral supervisor, professor, and chief pharmacist. She serves as the Vice President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, the Chairman of the Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Research Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, the Vice Chairman of the Hospital Pharmacy Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, and a member of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. She is also the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Chinese Pharmacy. She has led 3 national and provincial research projects and is a recipient of the State Council Special Allowance. SHI Luwen, master’s degree, doctoral supervisor and professor. WANG Kaiping, doctoral degree, doctoral supervisor and Professor. She is a professor at Tongji School of Pharmacy, HUST. She is also a food and drug technology consultant for the Hubei Provincial Food and Drug Administration, Vice Chairman of the Formulation Professional Committee of the Hubei Pharmaceutical Association, member of the First Pharmaceutical Education Professional Committee of the Wuhan Pharmaceutical Association, and a representative of the collaboration between Zhuhai United Laboratories Co., Ltd. and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She is also a member of the First Small Molecular Biology Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Physiological. She has received the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Hubei Province for her research projects and holds three authorized patents. In the past 10 years, she has led 37 national, provincial, municipal, school level research projects. She has published over 50 SCI papers, including 30 top papers, and has contributed to the compilation of two textbooks.
WEN Aidong, doctoral degree, doctoral supervisor, Professor, and chief pharmacist of Pharmacy Department at the First Affiliated Hospital of AFMU. He is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Vice Chairman of the Epidemiology Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, and Chairman of the Military Clinical Pharmacology Special Committee. He is recognized as the Chief Scientist of the Shaanxi Pharmaceutical Association and the Director of the Clinical Drug Quality Control Center of Shaanxi Province. He serves as an expert in the evaluation of national and military scientific and technological achievements, a reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the deputy editor-in-chief for several core journals and Chinese medical journals. He has been awarded the Military Silver Medal for Talent Cultivation and has received 5 national, provincial, and military scientific and technological awards for his research achievements. He holds 10 national patents, has developed 3 military special medical devices, and has undertaken 14 national and military research projects. He has published 223 SCI articles and has served as the editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief of 6 national undergraduate textbooks. He has trained 2 outstanding master's students in the Army.
WU Dongfang, doctoral degree, doctoral supervisor, Professor, and chief pharmacist. He is the Director of the Department of Pharmacy at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. He is a council member of the Hubei Pharmaceutical Association, the Hubei Pharmacological Society, and the Wuhan Pharmaceutical Association. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Hubei Medical Association, the Pharmaceutical Professional Committee of the Hubei Association of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and the Epidemiology Professional Committee of the Wuhan Pharmaceutical Association. He is the executive editor of Herald of Medicine and an editorial board member of China Pharmacy and World Clinical Drugs. XIAO Xiaohe, doctoral degree, doctoral supervisor, professor, and professional and professorate researcher. He serves as the director of the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital, executive director of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, director of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, chairman of the Clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, deputy chairman of the National Traditional Chinese Medicine Standards Committee, chairman of the International Research Cooperation Alliance for Safe Use of Traditional Medicines, member of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission, and member of the Research and Development Expert Group of the State Council's Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism for COVID-19. He has received five national and provincial-level awards and has formulated six international and domestic guidelines. ZHANG Lianshan, doctoral degree, doctoral supervisor, Professor. He serves as a director and deputy general manager of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., an expert in the overall evaluation of major national new drug development projects, an expert in the National Science and Technology Expert Database, an evaluation expert in the Shanghai Science and Technology Expert Database, an expert of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a member of the professional committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, an industrial professor at China Pharmaceutical University, and a part-time researcher at Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica. ZHANG Minghui, master degree, researcher of engineering technology application. He serves as the vice president of Qilu Pharmaceutical, and the dean of the Pharmaceutical Research Institute. He is a member of the Drug Development Professional Committee of the China Pharmaceutical Innovation and Research Development Association, a decision-making and consulting expert of the Shandong Province Think Tank, a council member of the Shandong Biopharmaceutical Association, an expert of the Expert Committee of the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province, a consultant of the Key Laboratory of Drug Formulation Technology Research and Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration, and the deputy director of the Strategic Consulting Committee of Jinan Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry Innovation and Development Association. He has received three national and provincial-level scientific and technological progress awards and has been recognized as 2020 Jinan Technology Influencer, Quancheng Industry Leading Talent, and the Outstanding Engineer Encouragement Award by the International Scientific Exchange Foundation of China. He has written Biosimilars - From Research and Development to Clinical Use as one of the chief editors. He has led more than 180 research projects, with over 100 projects passing or considered equivalent in the consistency evaluation, and 43 of them being the first in China. He has one innovative drug for NDA and is about to receive production approval. He has been granted 31 patents and has filed 15 new domestic and international patent applications.
ZHANG Xingguo, doctoral degree, doctoral supervisor, chief pharmacist. He serves as the Deputy Director of the Department of Pharmacy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Chairman of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Zhejiang Medical Association, a member of the Committee on Pharmaceutical Administration and Medication Therapy of the National Health Commission, a drug price review expert of the National Healthcare Security Administration. He is also the deputy editor-in-chief of Chinese Journal of Modern Applied Pharmacy and Chinese Journal of Hospital Pharmacy and an editorial board member of journals such as Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal and Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacy. Zhen Xuechu, doctoral degree, doctoral supervisor, Professor. He is the Director of the Suzhou Clinical Pharmacology Research Institute at Soochow University. He is also an executive member of the Anti-inflammatory and Immunopharmacology Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, an executive member of the Neuropharmacology Committee of the Pharmacological Society, a director of the Chinese Neuroscience Society, a deputy director of the Jiangsu Province Pharmacological Society, and a deputy director of the Suzhou Pharmaceutical Society. He is also an editorial board member of Acta Pharmacologica Sinica, CNS Neurosciences & Therapeutics, and Frontier in Neuroscience. He serves as the Director of the Department of Pharmacy at Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University and the Director of the Clinical Pharmacy Department at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Wuhan University. He is also the Deputy Director of the Third-level Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations at the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. He is a member of the Clinical Pharmacy Professional Branch of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Pharmaceutical Majors in Higher Education Institutions under the Ministry of Education.
